Service Description

Signature Interior Design offers professional interior design and decorating services. We will work closely with you to create custom design solutions tailored to your needs.

 Consultation and Project Scope

We will schedule an initial consultation to discuss your requirements and project scope.

A detailed project proposal and cost estimate will be provided.

Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.

Fees and Payments

Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in our project proposal.

Late payments may incur interest or result in project delays.

Additional fees may apply for materials, furnishings, and services not initially included in the proposal.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel the project within the terms outlined in the project proposal.

Refunds will be provided in accordance with our cancellation policy, as stated in the proposal. 

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, and plans remain the intellectual property of Signature Interior Design until full payment is received.

You may use the designs for the intended project but not for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

Confidentiality

We will keep all project-related information confidential.

You agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information belonging to Signature Interior Design.

Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated project timeline; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

You will be kept informed of any timeline adjustments.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the project.

You must provide accurate and timely feedback and decisions to prevent project delays.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation and mediation before pursuing legal action.

Liability

Signature Interior Design is not liable for any damage or injury occurring during the project unless caused by our negligence.

You are responsible for ensuring the safety of our team while on your premises.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice.

Upon termination, any outstanding fees will be due, and final project deliverables will be provided.

Amendments to Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated or amended by Signature Interior Design. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
